How can I upgrade or downgrade my account?

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription anytime. To do so, navigate to > My Account > then click “UPGRADE SUBSCRIPTION” > and then “UPGRADE” on the plan of your choice.

If you experience any issues while upgrading your plan, please contact customer support and we’ll be happy to assist you.

To cancel your subscription, navigate to the Account page click “Manage subscription”, and then click “Cancel subscription”.

After the cancellation, your subscription will be valid until the end of the subscription period.

If eligible for the 14-day refund, your payment will automatically be refunded.
